For bilingual call-center agents and job seekers

Handle any customer call with confidence.

You already speak English. CallReady trains the part interviews and first shifts actually test: real calls with real attitude. An AI caller phones in, you handle it, and you get scored like a QA team would score you.

Free: 2 calls a day, no card needed. Works in Chrome and Edge, by voice or typing.

Why CallReady

Speaking English is not the same as handling a call.

Interviews and first weeks on the floor test something else: staying in control when the customer is upset, following policy, and sounding professional under pressure.

Real call types

Billing, tech support, sales and retention, collections, and the job interview itself. Each with a company, a customer account and real policies.

Customers with attitude

Calm, demanding or furious. Callers interrupt, push back on policy and threaten to cancel, and only calm down when you handle them well.

Scored like QA

An 8-point scorecard: opening, verification, listening, empathy, call control, resolution, professional language and closing.

How it works

Three steps, ten minutes.

1

Pick a call

Choose the call type and how tough the customer is. Free accounts start with a calm caller in every call type.

2

Answer and handle it

Greet the caller like on the floor, by voice or by typing. Your agent desk shows the customer's account and the policies you must follow.

3

Get your scorecard

A QA score out of 100, evidence from your own words, coaching moments with a stronger way to say it, and power phrases to use next time.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need perfect English?

No, but CallReady is for people who already speak English. The callers talk at a natural pace, and the scorecard grades how you handle the call, not grammar lessons. Grammar only comes up when it sounds unprofessional.

Do I need a microphone?

No. Speaking is the best practice, and it works in Chrome and Edge, but you can type every reply instead.

Is it really free?

Yes: 2 calls a day with a calm caller in every call type, with the full scorecard. Pro adds unlimited calls, tougher callers and interview practice.

What happens to my calls?

We keep the transcript and the scorecard so you can review your progress. You can ask us to delete them at any time. See the privacy policy.

I train a team. Can I use it?

Team accounts with a trainer dashboard are on the way. Tell us about your team and we'll set you up early.
